Had my family room and library wide pine floors and my kitchen oak floor refinished by Ian and his crew. The result is gorgeous! But the real benefit of Flawless Floors is their professionalism, helpfulness and punctuality. Having floors refinished is the ultimate disruption in one’s household, yet they were on time every day, helped move furniture, vacuumed daily, took their shoes off and were friendly company for the duration of the job. I’d give them 10 stars and cannot say enough good things about their work and work ethic!

I have had Flawless Floors do both new HW floor installation as well as refinishing HW floors. Each time they have shown up when expected, cleaned up when they were finished, and the job has always been done on time and at the estimated cost. We had our wide pine floors with cut nails, sanded,stained and 4 coats of poly, Ian and his crew were fantastic,it took the exact time he said it would 6 days. Fantastic Experience!!!!!! We had our kitchen and dining area floors sanded and refinished and new hardwood installed in our living room. The Flawless guys were fantastic! They arrived on time, were very respectful of our home and the floors are stunning- our home looks amazing! Their pricing was extremely resasonable. We just had our old, stained red oak hardwood floors repaired and refinished. After several estimates ranging from “we’ll try to get the stains out but we doubt it”, to, “these floors aren’t worth refinishing; you should get new flooring”, I was thrilled to find Flawless Floors. I received a reasonable estimate to repair (including replacing boards if needed) and refinishing. Flawless Floors was able to get out all of the stains by meticulously sanding and not settling for less. They were polite, accommodating, honest, and a pleasure to work with.
